At RDP 200 this morning I cleaned up the shoreline. I remembered to rip open the bag before I took a photo, then put it in the garbage can. I met one lady along the job and we talked briefly about those that dump their trash. She asked if I was an employee of the city, I told her it was my/a volunteer job.
