Cheval Blanc Whitehorse rapids park , I cleaned visible garbage in the small woods just east of the official park. Two and a half small bags of garbage. The apartment building there has a trash containers that spills out garbage into the woods, by accident and by the wind, and by fools.
 If I was someone with power, I would force this apartment building to build a small fence on the property line to prevent trash from the trash bin from flowing into the woods.
