I had to wait for the bus at one of the overflowing city owned garbage containers and several people passed by with garbage they could not put in it and they all commented on how disgusting the container was. I hope someone gets fired for incompetence . I see the city garbage containers overflowing very often. That is the problem with organizations when they get too big. If it was a small town you would know who to call, whose job it was.
