Bags of garbage

The photos of bags of garbage on this blog do not magically appear. I fill the garbage bag up in 15 min. to an hour and take the bag to be picked up by the city. Most garbage comes from little bits everywhere that add up to one large bag when collected into a group. Photos height and width (March 26, 2024) now match original.

Roxboro Island

Sledgehammer and cement slab 1

Cement slab 1 and slab 2 a little further away.

Cement slab 1 , 2 and a view of the shoreline.

Collected garbage.
At Roxboro Island shoreline I tried smashing two ugly cement blocks with a sledgehammer, but could only knock off a few pieces. I then cleaned the shoreline and collected a bag of garbage that can be seen in the last photo.

I cleaned at the Roxboro Island shoreline. Glass beer bottles are too inexpensive because I find too many.

Like previous years, at the end of summer I throw out asphalt.

Asphalt on the shoreline of ChevalBlanc/Whitehorse rapids.

Smashed the asphalt into smaller pieces. The smaller pieces I tossed up the cliff edge.

Leftovers

My bike with handcart and milk boxes attached to it.

Asphalt moved to street

At the official ChevalBlanc/Whitehorse park I took out all the shoreline asphalt I had collected during the summer to the city street. A few days later it was gone.
