I would like to force some lab rats to drink this waste-water for their lifetimes and see if there are any effects on the animal.
An idea I have is to collect 2 liters of the water and boil off the water and see if any salts or sediment form.
______
UPDATE July 2016
I tested the water.
I did get 1.5 liters of the water and boiled the water off, and no significant chemical residue resulted. The water is relatively clean at this time. I still object to the new sewage water outlet due to the possibility of "one bad day". that did happen in another city.

Almost all boiled off. I had expected much more residue/deposit. |
1.5 liters of water boiled off with very little chemical residue. No crystals or crusts formed. |
