Park de la Promenade Lalande I cleaned the shoreline. Floating on the shoreline, I found three bags containing yellow color fluid-water which I assume to be urine. Someone on a boat did not want to directly urinate in the river, so used a portable toilet with a clear plastic bag. Then tied the plastic bags shut so they would float in the river (trapped air inside) and dumped them in the river.
The total was two small bags of garbage as seen in the two last photos.

Roxboro woods. Lots of garbage is still in the woods on the D.D.O. side.
Right after I took the (top) photo of the long grass and wild flowers a city worker came and cut it all down. I also discovered they paved the winter snow dump area on the west side.
