Bags of garbage

The photos of bags of garbage on this blog do not magically appear. I fill the garbage bag up in 15 min. to an hour and take the bag to be picked up by the city. Most garbage comes from little bits everywhere that add up to one large bag when collected into a group. Photos height and width (March 26, 2024) now match original.

I went to Shakespeare Park in D.D.O. .  I cleaned up enough garbage to fill a standard black garbage bag and took out a (former) cement post some one had dumped in the woods.

In the woods, I bumped into a bird watcher who was photographing a hawk ( I think), that perhaps lives in the woods. He showed me on his camera one of the good photos he had captured of it.

The woods.

Garbage in the woods.

The garbage I cleaned up about to go into the city garbage container.

The garbage I cleaned up about to go into the city garbage container wider view.

The garbage I cleaned up in the city garbage container. The container is full and needs emptying by the city.

The cement post in the woods. I had already attached to a makeshift dolly cart.

Photo of the dolly cart and cement in center. Now ready to be moved.

Cement post moved next to the sidewalk where city employees will see it and might consider it garbage and then remove it.

Thank you for cleaning up Shakespeare Park Mark What a shame that some disrespect areas like that with trash and dumping. Do you live around there? If not I am going to share your post with someone that might care...
