Returned to Whitehorse/Cheval Blanc rapids park on the eastern edge property line.

Garbage bush-tree stump dumped in the woods, I pulled it out. The same kind as April 24. I think I threw three in the bin and then gave up.

End of the mornings work, one bag of garbage collected from the woods. The (paper and plastic) garbages origin most likely came from the bins seen in April 24, 2014 post.

At Cheval Blanc/Whitehorse rapids park, east of the official park I did some cleaning. A Chief came over to ask me if I worked for the city. Then told me/asked me to throw a tree stump (I had pulled out/someone had dumped) into the garbage bin. I obliged him and did so. He said the wind blew it there, referring to the garbage I was collecting. I said the wind did not dump the tree stump, and asked him to talk of building a fence to catch the paper and plastic before it hits the woods.

Garbage bag full of paper and plastic items from the property line, and a brick. All went in the dumpster. I also threw out two small tree stumps. Reason being that the wood does not biodegrade. The wood needs to be put through a shreader-woodchipper, and/or buried in a dirt hole with moisture to biodegrade.

Whitehorse rapids/Rapides de Cheval Blanc I collected one bag of garbage from the official park, then found and brought two bottles to the trash before they could be smashed/broken by children.

Park Paquin I cleaned up a bit  and made one bag of garbage. The garbage container was overflowing. Party-ers had left pizza boxs and garbage.

Then a guy came looking for cans and bottles in the locked garbage container. I don't know if he left a worse mess or not in his search. This day I do not recall finding any recyclables.

"Should I put my arm in here?"

"Yes, I need the cans and bottles"
